Timeline
The venue opens at 5 PM, please plan to arrive on time, as we plan to start the ceremony right at 5:15 PM. The entire wedding will take place at Los Altos History Museum!

- Cocktail Hour — 5:45–6:30 PM
- Reception — 6:30–8 PM
- Dancing — 8–10 PM
Theme
Dress your best in floral cocktail attire!

- White or grey (men's attire)
This is what we're going for, but please don't feel the need to go out of your way to get something specific! At the end of the day, we're just excited to see you in whatever you feel most comfortable in!
Travel
There should be ample parking at the venue!
There are currently no hotel blocks, but feel free to reach out to us if you're looking for
recommendations.
We would recommend staying in the Sunnyvale/Mountain View area for easiest access to the venue.
If you stay in San Francisco, please plan for a 45-60 minute drive to the venue or an hour on
the Caltrain (plus ride share to the venue).

When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by March 31st, 2026!
Can I arrive early?
Doors don't open til 5 PM, but there is area to hang out in front of the venue! Also Los Altos downtown is nice for a stroll!
What will there be for food and drinks?
We plan to have a cocktail/mocktail hour with hor d'oeuvres! For dinner, we'll have a buffet style meal with meat, fish, and vegetarian options. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Will the venue be outdoors/indoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors! Post reception activities will be a mix of
indoors and outdoors!
Historically, the weather has been mid 60s at the start of the evening, and ending in the
mid 50s.
Can I bring a plus one?
Our RSVP form should reflect all planned guests. If you think there has been a mistake please reach out to Kevin and Sabrina directly.
